Availability - Please email us to check availability via our Contact Us page or by telephone on +44 [0]1931 713-351.
Deposit - A deposit is required on booking of £10. Unfortunately we do not accept credit / debit cards.
Balance - The balance payable for your stay with us must be settled upon departure.
Payment - Is by Cheque, Postal Order or if Cash please for your own protection send via Registered Post. Cheques and Postal Orders made payable to: Bampton Village Store.
Cancellation - Should you require to cancel your booking you must notify us immediately, even on the morning of your due arrival. Your full deposit will only be refunded at our discretion if notice is given at least one week in advance of the date of your arrival.
Checking in and out - 'The Lodge' will be available from 12:30 pm on the day of your arrival. Please vacate by 10:30 am on the day of your departure. If you have requested to arrive in the evening, please telelphone us in advance for arrangements.
Pets - Unfortunately we can only accept Assisitive Dogs with their owners, no exceptions made. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds, food and water bowls can be provided if requested.
Babies and Small Children - We have a travel cot and high chair which you are welcome to use, again please request this in advance.
